Mikhail Sagalov

Mikhail Sagalov has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mikhail began their career as a System Administrator at Specmash in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Mikhail then joined Digital Design, where they held various roles such as Junior System Engineer, System Engineer, Senior System Engineer, and eventually became a DevOps Team Lead. During their time at Digital Design, they implemented complex systems for enterprise customers, analyzed requirements, estimated projects, and participated in technical pre-sales activities.

In 2017, Mikhail joined Foresight as a Senior System Analyst and later took on the role of Project Delivery Manager. In these positions, they managed processes within the development team, analyzed requirements from customers and stakeholders, and effectively managed product backlogs. Additionally, they played a key role in the Agile transformation of the department.
