Christiane Hering

Christiane Hering has worked for six companies since 2009. Christiane began their career at L'TUR Tourismus AG as a Studentische Mitarbeiterin in 2009. In 2011, they became a Praktikantin Personalwesen at Guiato - Bonial International Group. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Werkstudent Personal und Recht at DIN Deutsches Institut für Normung e. V. During this time, they also worked as a Werkstudentin + Praktikantin Konzernleitung: Talentmanagement, International Assignments at DB. In 2016, they moved to Mercateo Gruppe as an HR Developer. Christiane is currently employed as the Head of HR & Organization at DOCYET.

Christiane Hering obtained their Allgemeine Hochschulreife from Gymnasium Templin between 2001 and 2008. Christiane then went on to study Betriebswirtschaftslehre; Personal und Führung at Leuphana University of Lüneburg, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts between 2008 and 2012. Christiane then completed a Master of Science in Management and Organisation Studies at Technische Universität Chemnitz between 2012 and 2015. During this time, they also studied HRM, Knowledge Management, and Marketing Management at Università degli Studi di Bergamo as an Auslandssemester from 2013 to 2014. In addition, Christiane Hering has obtained certifications in Arbeitsrecht from IHK Berlin, Geprüfter Personalreferent from Laudius, and Innovations-Coach from imu.
