Cindy Sating

Cindy Sating, PMP, is a seasoned government program analyst currently serving in the DC3 PMO at the DoD Cyber Crime Center since February 2020 and also holding the title of Program Specialist for Cyber Training Operations. Prior experience includes a role as Program Management Analyst Lead at Jacobs and registrar for the DC3 Cyber Training Academy. Cindy has a background as a Registrar at the DC3 Cyber Training Academy and Customer Service Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology. Before that, a decade-long tenure in various roles at the United States Department of Defense culminated in positions as Contract Specialist and Administrative Assistant. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, both obtained from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
