David A. Plumley

David Plumley is an Attorney with experience in Intellectual Property, specializing in patents related to combustion, fuels and hydrocarbon processing technologies, as well as green energy. With a background in chemical engineering, David also has experience as a Fuels Engineer at Unocal, where David worked on fuels blending, reforming, hydrocracking, fluid cat cracking, alkylation, and sulfur technologies. Prior to their current role, David was a Partner at Christie, Parker & Hale, LLP. David obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Loyola Law School and their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
