Andrew Vu has a diverse work experience. Andrew worked as a Big Bang Cybersecurity Lead at DoD Platform One starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a DevSecOps Cyber Intern at the same company in 2022, where they implemented a STIX/TAXII client, fixed vulnerabilities in open-source Docker containers, and learned penetration testing techniques. From 2018 to 2022, Andrew worked at Tufts University, taking up roles such as FIRST Center Peer Leader, Class of 2022 Senator, Teaching Assistant, and First Generation Community Senator. Andrew also worked as an Advisor Information Security Consulting Intern and a Technology Intern at LPL Financial in 2020, and as an Undergraduate Research Analyst at The Institute for Business in the Global Context (IBGC) at The Fletcher School. Additionally, Andrew served as a Campus Director for the UN Millienium Fellowship, an Information Security Intern at LPL Financial in 2019, a Classroom Assistant at Tufts Literacy Corps, and Co-Founder of W.B. Debate Club at Ray High School.

Andrew Vu completed their high school education at Ray High School from 2014 to 2018, earning their High School Diploma. Andrew then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Tufts University from 2018 to 2022. Currently, Andrew is attending The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where they are working towards a degree in Cybersecurity and Public Policy with a focus on Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare.
