Paul Allcote

Paul Allcote has a diverse work experience in the painting, decorating, and building services industry spanning over 30 years. Their most recent role is as the Head of Painting within Retrofit and Building Services at Dodd Group, where they engage with clients in various sectors such as Care, Education, Local Authority, and Heritage. Prior to Dodd Group, they were a Contracts Manager (Painting) at Seddon. Paul also served as a Business Unit Manager at Hardyman Group, providing property maintenance to clients in multiple industries. Paul has held contracts management positions at Novus Property Solutions and Res Reconstruction Ltd. Additionally, they worked as a Part-Time Lecturer in Painting & Decorating at Burton & South Derbyshire College. Before joining the corporate sector, Paul worked as a Joint Director at Integral Property Maintenance, where they were actively involved in hands-on maintenance work and overseeing the administrative aspects of the business. Paul started their career as a self-employed level 3 qualified painter and decorator, working on both commercial and residential projects.

Paul Allcote obtained their education from various institutions. In 1984, they attended Queen Elizabeth Mercian for an unspecified period, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. From 1989 to 1993, Paul studied Painting & Decorating at Burton College, earning a City & Guilds Level 3 Advanced in the subject.
