Theresa McGregor is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a People and Culture Partner at Doddle since March 2020, where responsibilities include payroll management, well-being, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, onboarding, and induction across multiple regions including the UK, US, Australia, and Japan. Prior to Doddle, Theresa held roles such as Talent Acquisition Coordinator for EMEA at Multiplex and Recruitment Coordinator at Summerset Group Holdings Limited. Starting career as a Human Resources Administrator at New Plymouth District Council, Theresa has gained a comprehensive background in HR and recruitment, supported by a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Services from Victoria University of Wellington.
