Anastasia Bulaeva

Anastasia Bulaeva is an experienced HR professional specializing in technical recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as an HRBP and Senior Technical Recruiter at Dodo Brands since December 2023, Anastasia focuses on hiring iOS and Android engineers, as well as product designers. Prior experience includes working as a Senior IT Talent Recruiter at inDrive, where Anastasia led hiring efforts for technology and product divisions across Russia, CIS, and Europe, managing various roles such as DevOps and application security specialists. At AUXO, Anastasia successfully recruited over 300 candidates in infrastructure and application services. Earlier in the career, Anastasia held the position of Learning and Development Manager at Luxoft, overseeing training programs and employee development initiatives.
