Andrey Filipyev

Andrey Filipyev has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andrey started their career as a Software Engineer at Telecom-project, where they developed software and integrated contact centers with CRM systems. Andrey then worked as a Business Analyst at Home Credit and Finance Bank, where they developed management reporting systems. Later, Andrey became a Senior Lecturer at the International University of Nature, Society, and Man "Dubna".

Moving on, at Dodo Brands, Andrey held multiple roles. As a Senior Software Developer, they developed the Dodo IS, an information system used by over 800 pizzerias in 16 countries. Andrey then became a Team Leader, where they organized and developed software development lifecycles, increased team productivity, and introduced agile and extreme programming practices. As a Machine Learning Engineer, they worked on automated order projects, developed business processes models, and analyzed material losses. Andrey's most recent role at Dodo Brands was Chief Data Officer, where they proved the need for investment in data platform development, developed a business conception for a data platform, and led the development of the Data Platform, allowing for the creation and deployment of analytics dashboards.

Andrey Filipyev has a Master's degree in Big Data Systems from the Higher School of Economics, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Andrey is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Information Technology from the same university, with an expected completion date in 2022.
