Mohsina Munir

Mohsina Munir has over a decade of experience in software development and team leadership, currently serving as a Team Lead at Dohatec New Media since February 2010. Responsibilities include system requirement studies, system design, and management of the development team to ensure project alignment with client requirements. Previously, as a Lead Web Developer at the same company, Mohsina participated in Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 implementation for continuous process improvement. Earlier roles at ICT Alliance as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer involved project development and team coordination. Mohsina holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, along with higher education credentials from Ideal School and College and Motijheel Government Girls' High School.
