Jordan Simms is an experienced IT professional with expertise in technical support and field engineering. Currently serving as a 1st line support engineer at Doherty Associates since April 2024, previous roles include Information Technology Support Engineer at Natilik and Field Engineer at G.Network Communications, where responsibilities encompassed advanced chamber works and traffic management. A former field tester at IQVIA during the COVID pandemic, Jordan was tasked with conducting tests, and also has experience as a catering supervisor at Dip & Flip, overseeing a team and managing events. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middlesex University, earned in 2019.
