Brian Dombrowski

Brian Dombrowski is an experienced Flavorist currently employed at DöhlerGroup since March 2023, following a decade-long tenure at Robertet Group where roles included Flavorist, Junior Flavorist, Flavorist Trainee, Flavorist Assistant, and Flavor Applications Lab Intern. Expertise encompasses the development of beverage and confection prototypes, evaluation of protein solubility and taste, and the execution of technical procedures related to beverage testing. Prior to the flavor industry, Brian served as a Ride Operations Team Member at Six Flags Great Adventure, focusing on safety and training in a dynamic environment. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Rutgers University, obtained in 2014.
