Currently serving as the Global Lead Buyer and Team Leader for sourcing Tropicals, Stonefruits, and Grapes at DöhlerGroup since April 2015, Elmar has progressed through various roles including Lead Buyer and Buyer for tropicals. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Purchase Manager at Darling Ingredients International and Senior International Account Manager at Esro Seafood b.v. Elmar's career also encompasses significant roles at foodteam international BV, Anova Seafood, De Groot International, and Vos Logistics, demonstrating expertise in international purchasing and account management across diverse product categories. Elmar Kooijman holds a degree from Avans University of Applied Sciences, completed between 1997 and 2001.
