Lauren Lamoureaux

Lauren Lamoureaux currently serves as the Laboratory Director and Senior Research Scientist for Tea & Herbals at Doehler NA since July 2018, previously holding the position of Laboratory Manager in the same division. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Director at Finlay Extracts & Ingredients USA, Inc. from November 2013 to August 2018, and Applications Manager - Food Scientist at Finlay Tea Solutions from August 2008 to November 2013. Earlier in the career, Lauren worked as a Food Scientist at Unilever Foods focusing on product development for Lipton Brands and Knorr Savory and side dishes from January 2003 to August 2008, and as a Food Scientist at ABIC International Consultants from 2001 to January 2003. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition with a concentration in Food Science from Montclair State University, obtained from 1996 to 2001.
