Marco Schmidt

Marco Schmidt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, technology, and research and development. Currently serving as the Chief Research Officer and Head of Innovation, Technology and R&D at DöhlerGroup since January 2002, Marco has held multiple leadership positions, including CTO and Global Head of Innovation Management. Prior to this, Marco gained hands-on experience as a brewer at Krombacher Brauerei Bernhard Schadeberg GmbH & Co. KG. Educational credentials include a master's degree in Beverage and Brewing Technology from the Technical University of Munich and a Master of Business and Engineering from Hochschule Anhalt.
