Samer Siam has extensive experience in production management and research and development within the food technology sector. Currently serving as Team Leader for both the pilot plant & sample lab R&D and sampling MEA R&D at DöhlerGroup since June 2017, Samer has a proven track record of driving production improvements and leading teams. Prior roles include Production Section Head at Rest Water from March 2016 to June 2017, Production Manager at Stifen Egypt from January 2013 to February 2016, and Production Engineer at Golden Pack Group between August 2009 and May 2013. Samer holds a Master’s degree in Food Technology and Processing from Cairo University, earned between September 2020 and January 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science, specializing in Food Science, from the same university, obtained from 2005 to 2009.
