Grace Cefai

Grace Cefai is an experienced professional in Human Resources with a robust background in people operations and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the People Operations Project Lead at Dojo since March 2023, Grace previously acted as a People Partner for Customer Operations during a maternity leave secondment. Prior experience includes HR Advisor positions at UNLIMITED and Jisc, as well as an HR Consultant role at Immediate Media Co. Beginning in HR administration at Mapfre, Grace's foundational experience was complemented by a Marketing Recruitment Consultant role at Hays. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice from City of Bristol College and a degree in Education Studies from the University of the West of England.
