Bosmat Zohar

Bosmat Zohar has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bosmat currently holds the role of Product Manager and VP of Finance at DOKKA since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Brooks-Keret Financial Management as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the High-Tech Industry. In this role, they were responsible for driving clients' portfolios, performing budget control, managing international entities, working with auditors and external accountants, and establishing risk management processes. Bosmat also directly managed a team of controllers and maintained clients' relationships.

Before their role at Brooks-Keret Financial Management, Bosmat Zohar served as the Manager of the Professional Department and as a Controller at the same company. In these roles, they provided accounting expertise, performed financial analysis, managed accounting and payroll activities, ensured compliance, and prepared financial statements.

Bosmat started their career at PwC as a CPA, Supervisor in the audit department from July 2010 to June 2013. Bosmat then moved to PwC Israel, where they worked as a CPA, Senior in the professional department from July 2007 to July 2010. In these roles, they dealt with complicated accounting issues, reviewed financial statements, worked on revenue recognition projects, and accompanied companies in the IPO process.

Additionally, Bosmat Zohar worked as an Assistant Lecturer at Tel Aviv University, where they taught a course on accounting issues. Bosmat was responsible for delivering lectures, creating lesson plans, and writing tests and solutions.

From 2004 to 2007, Bosmat Zohar attended Tel Aviv University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance.
