Herunata Joseph

Herunata Joseph currently serves as the AVP of Business Development & Partnership for SMEs at DOKU, PT NUSA SATU INTI ARTHA, where responsibilities include forming and creating new business opportunities within the SME sector. Previous experience includes a tenure at Garuda Indonesia, from March 2012 to August 2021, where Herunata held several key roles, including Fraud Prevention & Digital Payment Manager, where management of a 24/7 fraud prevention team and implementation of digital payment features were significant contributions. Other roles at Garuda Indonesia involved generating business performance reports and serving as an e-Commerce Analyst. Earlier in the career, experience as a Junior Auditor at Deloitte provided foundational skills in financial statement audits. Herunata holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia, alongside a Diploma of Education in Accounting from the same institution.
