Karen Heintz

Karen Heintz, MCR, PMP®, currently serves in CRE Strategy and Operations Management at Dolby Laboratories since September 2021. As a Co-Owner at Charles Heintz Vineyards since 2005, Karen has extensive experience in the real estate and facility operations sectors, having held multiple leadership roles at CBRE between December 2015 and August 2021, including Managing Director for the Western Region. Previous positions include Vice President at FaciliCorp, Division Manager with the City of Santa Clara, and roles in real estate management at Rational Software Corporation, Addison Wesley Publishing, and M&T Publishing. Karen's educational background includes studies at Sonoma State University, Golden Gate University, and Santa Rosa Junior College.
