Kathy Qiao

Kathy Qiao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Dolby Laboratories in the Consumer Entertainment group since February 2014, focusing on Audio and Vision products. Prior to this role, Kathy held various positions at Motorola Mobility from August 2000 to December 2013, including Manager of the ODM SC group, where responsibilities included new product ramp-up readiness and process improvements. Kathy's experience also encompasses project management in the Business Leadership Development Program across multiple domains such as strategy, procurement, and software R&D, as well as roles in test management and engineering for mobile phone development. Kathy holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Precision Instrument and Optical Electronics Engineering and Scientific English from Tianjin University.
