Roshni Kasad

Roshni Kasad currently serves as the External Engagements Manager in the Advanced Technology Group at Dolby Laboratories, focusing on university engagement programs that foster innovation through research collaborations and PhD internships. Previously, Roshni was the Founding Vice President of Programs at AI4ALL, overseeing a team and a $1.5 million budget to increase accessibility to AI/ML fields for over 15,000 women and students of color. Roshni also held significant roles at AnitaB.org, where early career initiatives for over 10,000 female students were developed, and at Techbridge Girls, enhancing STEM education for 4,500+ girls. Earlier in the career, Roshni managed internship programs in India, conducted research at the National Human Genome Research Institute, and earned a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley.
