Jamie Durling

Jamie Durling serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas and South Africa at DOLCE&GABBANA since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jamie held significant positions at Moncler as Vice President of People, Organization and Operating COO for the Americas and Stone Island from April 2018 to November 2023. Jamie's extensive background includes various leadership roles at Informa, where responsibilities encompassed business transformation and human resources across multiple regions, as well as consulting positions in the pharmaceutical and oil and gas sectors. Additional experience includes positions at Coach, Richemont, and BULGARI, along with earlier roles at Gap and as a guest lecturer at Hofstra University focusing on organizational design and development. Jamie Durling holds a B.A. in Psychology and Business Management from Boston College and an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.
