Dianna Spence is an experienced professional in product development and engineering with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Product Development & Innovation Strategy & Operations Manager at Dole Sunshine Company since September 2021, Dianna has previously held significant roles at leading companies including PepsiCo, where responsibilities encompassed managing global projects and transitioning product lines. With past experience at Nestlé USA and Ecolab as a project engineer, Dianna demonstrated expertise in project management, operational analysis, and the development of new products. Dianna's educational background includes a Master's degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
