Víctor González Arias

Víctor González Arias has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director de RR. HH. at Dole Food Company since August 2013. Prior roles include Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Dole Costa Rica and Jefe de Recursos Humanos at GRUMA. González Arias began a career in the sector with a position as Jefe de Nóminas at Firestone in 1987. Educational credentials include a Maestría in Coaching Directivo from OBS Business School, a Licenciatura in Gestión de recursos humanos from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, a certification in Executive Coaching from ADEN Business School, and ongoing studies related to Agile Human Capital and Scrum Master at DCH-OI and Facthum, respectively.
