Antoine Hinton

Antoine Hinton, MBA, has extensive experience in supplier diversity and merchandising operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Supplier Diversity at Dollar General and previously as the Director of Supplier Diversity. Prior roles include Director of Merchandising Operations and other leadership positions at True Value Company, chairing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, and serving as a Senior Global Product Merchant overseeing multiple product categories. Hinton began a career at Sears Holdings Corporation with progressive roles in buying, including Power and Non-Power Lawn & Garden, and has also held positions at Ace Hardware and SEARS, ROEBUCK & CO, focusing on sales management and consulting. Hinton holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from Benedictine University.
