Lee Gower

Lee Gower, CFI, LPC, currently serves as the Regional Asset Protection Manager at Dollar General, a position held since August 2008. In this role, Lee is responsible for implementing and executing company-directed shrink programs while fostering an environment of open communication and employee welfare. Prior to Dollar General, Lee worked at Moore-Handley, Inc. from 2005 to 2008 as a District Manager, overseeing 13 district sales managers across five states and consistently meeting sales and shrink budgets. From 1993 to 2005, Lee was employed at The Home Depot as Manager/Area Manager, focusing on fair human resources practices and providing exceptional customer service. Lee's educational background includes attendance at Hot Springs High School from 1983 to 1986.
