Alisa Dart

Alisa Dart currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Asset Protection & Safety at Dollar Tree Stores, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Dart was the Group Vice President of Asset Protection at Albertsons Companies, a major food and drug retailer, from November 2020 to April 2023. Dart's extensive experience in asset protection includes leadership positions at Nordstrom as National Director of Stores Loss Prevention and at Macy's where roles included National Vice President of Operations & Asset Protection and oversight of national shortage programs. Early career roles at Target included various positions in Loss Prevention. Dart holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Public Safety from Lewis University, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern Illinois University, and an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
