Jocelyn Konrad

Jocelyn Konrad is a seasoned executive in the retail and pharmacy sectors, currently serving as the Chief of Dollar Tree Stores and Enterprise Store Operations since November 2024, while also contributing as a member of the Board of Directors for Anthony's Way - The Road to Kindness Foundation since March 2023. Recent prior roles include Chief of Stores at Family Dollar and President at ForvaVerve, where advisory services were provided in retail, pharmacy, strategy development, and operational optimization. Notably, during a 15-year tenure at RITE AID, Jocelyn held several key leadership positions, culminating in the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Pharmacy Officer, overseeing extensive pharmacy operations and clinical services. Educationally, Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Saint Joseph's University and has participated in Kellogg Executive Education programs since 2015.
