Maria Victoria Suarez is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment with a solid background in management and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently serving as a Recruitment Administrator at Dollarcity since November 2022, Maria brings significant prior experience from HCL Technologies, where the role involved leadership in induction and recruitment from December 2018 to October 2022. Maria also owned and operated Miss Little Cakes Bakery from 2014 to December 2018, specializing in artisanal pastry products and catering services in Guatemala City. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at Hotel Viva Clarion Suites in 2012, focusing on employee relations and training.
