Paul Headd

Paul Headd has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the construction and aggregates industry. Paul is currently serving as the President of The Dolomite Group since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CRH for over a decade, holding positions such as Country Director for China and India, Country Director for India, Operations Director for China - Aggregates & Concrete Products, and Division Manager for China - Concrete & Aggregates. Before their tenure at CRH, they worked at John A. Wood Ltd. as an Operations Director and in Operations Management. Paul began their career at Stevin Rock as a Quarry Management professional.

Paul Headd pursued their education in the field of engineering and management. In 1990, they enrolled at the Technology University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus, where they studied Mineral Engineering until 1993. Following this, from 1993 to 1995, Paul attended the University of Exeter, earning a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Mining. In 2013, they briefly attended INSEAD, focusing on Transition to General Management.
