Prakash Ramamurthy

Prakash Ramamurthy is currently the Chief Product Officer of Freshworks. Previous to this he was a senior vice president of product development for Oracle’s systems management and security products. He was responsible for all aspects of product management, product development, strategy, and field enablement. Ramamurthy and his team were focused on developing technology that helps enterprises streamline the process of monitoring, managing, and analyzing system data to ensure operations continue smoothly and data is not at risk to cyber threats.

Prior to joining Oracle, he held a number of positions including entrepreneur-­in­-residence at Trinity Ventures, chief product and technology officer at LifeLock, and a senior role at Gaia Online.

Ramamurthy holds a BE in computer science and engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy in Chennai, India and an MS in computer engineering from Boston University.
