John Capriotti

John Capriotti is a seasoned professional in timberland acquisitions and real estate investment, currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Domain Timber Advisors at Domain Capital Group, LLC since January 2025. Previously, John held the position of Senior Real Estate & Acquisitions Manager at PotlatchDeltic Corporation from September 2022 to January 2025, and served as Director of Acquisitions at CatchMark Timber Trust from November 2013 to January 2025, where expertise contributed to underwriting over $1 billion in timberland acquisitions. John's earlier roles include Director of Acquisitions at TimberStar Advisors, LLC, where significant investments in U.S. timberlands were made, and positions at Timbervest, Morgan Stanley Real Estate, Arby's Restaurant Group, and Schneider Downs. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
