Principal Scientist at Domainex

Katie Day is an accomplished biochemist with extensive experience in protein expression, purification, biophysical characterization, and crystallography, primarily in client-focused projects. Currently serving as Principal Scientist at Domainex since February 2017, Katie has progressed through various roles including Associate Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist. Prior to joining Domainex, Katie was a Research Fellow at the Genome Stability and Damage Centre at the University of Sussex, where research focused on client protein activation and regulation mechanisms, in collaboration with prominent academics at UCL. Katie holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry from the University of Essex and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of East Anglia.
