Mark Henri is an experienced Executive Chef with a background in various roles within the culinary industry. Mark has held positions such as Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, and Sous Chef at different establishments including Domco Group of Canada, Homestead Manitoba, United Active Living Inc., Retirement Concepts, and more. Mark also has experience as a Lead Hand at the University of Manitoba Dining Services. Mark received their education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
