Guillermo Medina Clement has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Guillermo started their career at Danone in 2009, where they worked as an Assistant Brand Director for Actimel. Guillermo also had a role in Danone Engineering Worldwide. In 2012, they joined Amazon as an Online Marketing Manager, focusing on marketing initiatives for the Music and DVD categories. Guillermo was later involved in the launch of Amazon Music in Spain. Between 2014 and 2015, Guillermo worked at Facebook, providing marketing solutions to eCommerce and mobile app clients in Spain. Guillermo also led the project for the launch of Instagram ads in the country. In 2015, they joined Hawkers Group as an Advisor until 2018. During this time, they started working at letgo as the Head of User Retention, leading the user retention and growth strategy for the company. In 2018, Guillermo joined Domestika as the Senior Director of Performance Marketing.

Guillermo Medina Clement earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from IQS Barcelona, which they completed from 2003 to 2009. Guillermo also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
