Kevin Welty holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance as well as a BBA from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, complemented by an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Nashville State Community College. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at Dometic since February 2018, Kevin has held leadership positions across various companies, including Manufacturing & Services Manager at UGN, Inc., Engineering & Technical Plant Manager at Park-Ohio, and Business Unit Manager - Mixing at Cooper Standard. Kevin's extensive experience also includes roles as Plant & Business Unit Manager at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, and 2nd Shift Coordinator/Manager at YUSA Corporation. Additionally, Kevin is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), showcasing expertise in process improvement methodologies.
