Pierre Garon

Pierre Garon is an experienced software architect and engineer with a career spanning over three decades in embedded software development and electronic controls design. Currently serving as Chief Software Architect and Lead Software Engineer at Dometic since July 2007, Pierre is responsible for establishing and promoting development methods, tools, and architecture to ensure the robustness of embedded software. Previous roles include Project and Software Engineer at Kongsberg Automotive, and Software Engineer positions at Design Workshop, Polysoft Tell, and Charmilles Technologies, specializing in 3D CAD/CAM software development. Early career experiences include designing automated process controls at Johnson & Johnson and owning Logitrol Inc. Pierre holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and a DEC in pure sciences from Cégep de Trois-Rivières.
