Thu Nguyen is an experienced automation engineer and full stack developer with a diverse skill set in software engineering. Currently, Thu Nguyen has been working at Sendo.vn since January 2020, focusing on designing and implementing test cases for various payment and ticketing systems while analyzing business needs for automation testing. Alongside this role, Thu Nguyen has been contributing as a full stack developer at Lunex Telecom, Inc. since April 2012, where responsibilities include developing new functions, generating system reports utilizing big data, and enhancing existing features. Thu Nguyen began the professional journey at United Industries in 2011 as a QA/QC specialist for a cross-platform e-commerce application. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Science Ho Chi Minh City and a Diploma in Information Technology, specializing in Software Engineering, from the University of Sciences.
