Kuganeshvaran Anbu has over a decade of experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager at Dominant Opto Technologies Sdn Bhd since July 2021. Responsibilities include managing operator attendance, conducting training, overseeing urgent production needs, and ensuring compliance with production schedules while adhering to quality and safety standards. Prior to this role, Kuganeshvaran held the position of Manufacturing Section Head at ON Semiconductor, where duties encompassed operator management, team training, and overseeing production output.
