Chris Minnich

Chris Minnich currently serves as Director of the Center of Excellence for Devices and Program Lead for Sustainable Packaging at Merck Group, where responsibilities include developing a Sustainable Packaging Roadmap and managing projects related to autoinjector and syringe combination products. Previous roles at Merck have encompassed leadership in Device Verification and Validation, and environmental sustainability initiatives. Before joining Merck, Chris held the position of Verification and Validation Engineering Manager at KaVoKerr Group Imaging, overseeing design verification for dental imaging products. Chris has also served as President of the Board of Directors for the Delaware Valley Green Building Council and worked as a Sustainability Analyst for Re:Vision Architecture. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Sustainable Design from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
