Ron Paladino

Ron joined Dominion as their Chief Technology Officer in 2014. Ron understands that developing technology solutions is the only way to build and sustain a compliant and efficient BSA/AML operation. He helps clients leverage technology to optimize alert output, improve workflow, generate effective management reports, and manage customer risk rating.

Ron has over ten years of experience in BSA/AML technology with a deep understanding of the applications and systems which make a department run smoothly.

Before entering the financial services industry, he worked for nine years with a Fortune 500 technology firm developing manufacturing software and designing process improvements.

Ron attended St. Bonaventure University.
