The team has worked at various companies such as The Fletcher Construction Company, Tandem Associates, Mainzeal Property & Construction Ltd., Hawkins, Fletcher EQR, Fletcher Distribution Limited, PlaceMakers Fletcher Distribution Ltd., and Wilson Bayly Holmes Ovcon. They have also received education from Unitec Institute of Technology, The University of Auckland, and North-West University/Noordwes-Universiteit.
