Andrew Theado

Andrew Theado is a seasoned human resources professional specializing in talent management and succession planning. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant for Dominion Energy since November 2024, Andrew previously held the position of Program Manager for Talent Management at Cengage Group from March 2018 to November 2024, where significant improvements in employee engagement and performance management strategies were implemented. Earlier experience includes roles as a Talent Strategy & Operations Analyst and Research Analyst at Gartner, along with operational positions at East Carolina University and East Coast Wings Corporation. Andrew holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from East Carolina University.
