Jeffrey S. Adams, LS, PLS, is a seasoned Professional Land Surveyor with extensive experience in various surveying roles. Currently serving as Senior Survey Coordinator at Dominion Energy since November 2025, Adams has previously held positions such as Survey Manager at AES Consulting Engineers and Manager of Survey Office Services at Koontz Bryant Johnson Williams (KBJW). Adams' career spans over a decade, including earlier roles as Project Surveyor and Land Surveyor at both Koontz Bryant Johnson Williams and Timmons Group. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Salisbury University, Adams combines technical expertise in surveying with a solid foundation in management.
