Joshua Bennett

Joshua Bennett is an experienced energy executive currently serving as Vice President of Offshore Wind Operations at Dominion Energy, where responsibilities include the development of operations and maintenance and technical support teams for the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind project and overseeing the Wind Turbine Installation vessel Charybdis. Previously, Joshua held several key roles within Dominion Energy, including Vice President Offshore Wind, Vice President of Technical Services, and Director of Chesterfield and Bellemeade Power Stations, focusing on engineering oversight, capital projects, and regulatory compliance. Joshua's earlier experience includes managerial roles at IDAX, Inc. and Westinghouse Process Controls Division, as well as service as a submarine nuclear electrician in the US Navy. Joshua holds an MBA from Old Dominion University and a BSEE from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
