T. Hunter Napier

T. Hunter Napier currently serves as a Customer Projects Designer I at Dominion Energy since November 2025, specializing in the removal of overhead electric facilities and installation of underground electric facilities under the Dominion Energy Strategic Underground Program. Prior experience includes roles as a Distribution Designer at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative and as a Designer I at Draper Aden Associates. T. Hunter Napier has also held positions as a GIS Technician and Joint Use Designer at Timmons Group, along with experience in landscaping at Flatiron Fencing and Lawn Service, LLC. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Geospatial Science from Radford University and an Advanced Studies degree from Caroline High School.
