Susan Shoop

Susan Shoop has a wide range of experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations. Susan has worked at Dominion Enterprises since 2006, where they started as a Human Resources/Leave Manager and eventually became the Director of HR Operations/Employee Experience. Susan'sresponsibilities included handling employee relations matters, onboarding, performance management, discipline and discharge, internal complaints, investigations, and various compliance issues. Prior to joining Dominion Enterprises, Susan worked at Trader Publishing Company as an Employee Relations Supervisor and HR Manager/Electronic Media. Overall, they have a solid background in managing employee relations, leave of absence programs, and HR operations.

Susan Shoop obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they attended from 1987 to 1991. In addition, they hold certifications such as SHRM-CP from SHRM, obtained in April 2015, and PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in April 2007.
