Gertrude Gomez is the current Program Director at Dominion Youth Services. Gertrude has previous experience working as a Team Lead Supervisor at GUARDIAN RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, INC. and as a Mental Health Counselor at Clinical Alternatives, P.C. In their role as Program Director, Gertrude is responsible for coordinating all day-to-day operations of the residential homes under Dominion's care. Gertrude also facilitated family, individual, and group services, as well as case management and psychoeducation services. Additionally, Gertrude assisted with marketing strategies for the agency and attended vendor fairs. Gertrude is experienced in assisting clients and their families in obtaining concrete services to meet basic needs, and is skilled in crisis intervention and identifying and implementing prevention and intervention programs.

Gertrude Gomez has a master's degree in social work from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor's degree in social work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

They are on a team with Craig Stewart - Vice President of Finance & Controller, Shannon Girtman - Manager of Analytics and Special Projects, and Valerie Fleck - Director of Educational Services. Gertrude Gomez reports to Troy L. Robb, Chief Executive Officer.
