Caitlin Bercha

Caitlin Bercha is an experienced professional in sales enablement and productivity, currently serving as the Director of GTM Enablement & Productivity at Domino Data Lab. Prior roles include Senior Sales Enablement Manager at both FranklinCovey and Domino Data Lab, and Global Sales Enablement Manager at Rockwell Automation, where responsibilities extended to software sales effectiveness. Additionally, Caitlin held the position of Sales Enablement Senior Advisor at Quest Software. Currently pursuing education at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business, Caitlin previously earned a BA in English from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
